About Us
Test Pilot Music Ltd is an independent Music Publishing Company and group of DIY labels, established in the UK in 2006 by Aedan Wolton. Since its inception, Test Pilot has strived to publish and promote homegrown, original music, spanning as many genres as possible.
Although now releasing works from a wide-range of producers and musicians, the Test Pilot family still pioneers the DIY ethos by allowing maximum artist input, in terms of A&R and product management; In the case of Burnished Salmon Records and Viral Beat Recordings, TPM actually works in partnership with the artists to launch and run their own imprints, aiding them with administration and distribution.
The Test Pilot catalog is made up of all sorts of musical marvels from big, wobbly Dubstep, slick Urban tracks, high-octane Heavy Rock and squelchy, glitched-up Electro, all of which are released over digital platforms such as iTunes, Amazon, Spotify and Napster.
The man in charge: 
Test Pilot Music Ltd was set-up by 24-year-old Aedan James Wolton, with the help and support of his then-employers Just Another Label Ltd.
Obsessively listening to and creating music from a young age, Aedan was the sort of child that frequently turned pots and pans into drum kits when his parents weren’t looking!
Since then, he’s expanded his repertoire to include guitar and bass, but also enjoys DJing, skate culture, heavy rock, banging electro, partying, street art and hanging out with his friends.
Test Pilot Music Ltd is a combination of as many of his musical loves as possible and is run with passion, enthusiasm and a sense of humour at all times!
